Great to be Eight!

My sweet little Grant turned EIGHT last month.

{3 days before Christmas to be exact.}

Isn't he handsome?

He was lucky enough to have his BAPTISM on the VERY SAME DAY as his birthday!

How cool is that?!

{Turning 8 is a BIG deal when you're a Mormon.}

I purchased a shield cookie cutter online and made up these CTR cookies.

I had hoped for them to turn out a tad bit differently but....they worked!

{I've discovered I don't have a very steady hand when it comes to writing with icing.}

It was a perfect day that we will always remember.

Grant was on cloud 9 the entire time.

So SO proud of him...I love him to pieces!

So special that his 2nd grade teacher was able to attend!
